JaiLi Dual Chain Freewheel Drive transmission for the Huasheng 49/53cc
Time to know the 2 main differences between dual chain drive gear boxes for HuaSheng 4 stroke 53/49cc engines.
We had Mr. Chen at JiaLi modify his famous 6 to 1 ratio Dual Chain Freewheel Sprocket Drive transmission to utilize our proprietary 10T and 9T slide drive sprocket design that enables easy rear wheel chain alignment.
A Slide sprocket is a much more desirable feature than a fixed position sprocket due to be able have chain clearance to fit 2" to 4" fat tire bikes.
Check out the main difference between BikeBerry's stationary sprocket version of the JaiLi Transmission and the Gru-Bee version.
( see 2 pictures of the differences below )
FYI: 9T slide sprockets are available under separate item order.
Heads up: The sound of a Chain Sprocket Drive transmission may be louder than that of a T-Belt drive transmission however it's smaller, less expensive and lighter weight.
For those who calculate, the drive ratio is 6 to one. Don't understand? The centrifugal clutch bell turns 6 times to 1 turn of the 10T outboard 415 chain drive slide sprocket. The final drive ratio depends on the size of the bike wheel and the drive sprocket which can be 32T to 56T.
