A high percentage of CDI Ignition deficiencies occur with the output cable wire boot loose terminal connection.
To solve this problem, we had the CDI factory make 30mm long replacement leads with boot terminals having a snap-in threaded screw connection that give zero ohm resistance.
Many premium model motorcycles have this same type of boot terminal.
It requires the plug to have the screw on cap removed so the spark plug threaded end goes into the boot snap-in connection. Both cable ends will now have treaded screw to wire connections.
Supplied with 30mm long wire to enable cutting to length as required.
To remove the old cable from the CDI just twist it counterclockwise just like unscrewing a nut and clockwise to reinstall the new wire.
