Slotted steel Rainbow arm 8mm tk. x 20mm x 34mm 

Rainbow arm can hold an idler pulley with or without the included spring-loaded swing arm.  Subject to your design preference. 

To work good rainbow arm has to be mounted on chain stays in a straight-line vertical position.    Your bike may or may not be compatible with this idler bracket.   Check out the fit requirements first before ordering as cost to return is expensive and not worthwhile.
