CNC Billet Avenger 85 Head > Replaces the standard cast head

This CNC High Performance Billet HEAD is "Mo Betta" as we say in Oklahoma! 

Comes with (4) extended length M8-125 10.9 hardened studs and washers to accommodate the thicker head top.  Use washers to space threads accordingly for a tight nut fit. 

360-degree cooling with perimeter fins all sides.   No Hot Spots!

Approx. 6.7cc volume combustion chamber.   

50x50mm head bolt pattern for the Avenger YD 85 engine.   May fit other engines with same M8 head bolt pattern. 

Actual Head net weight =  2 lbs. 4 oz.   

Made with 6061-6T Aluminum.    

Head Squish Band > 4mm wide x 0.5 mm height.   

Comes with a 0.2mm thin copper gasket for optimum piston Quish clearance.

FYI:  The 360 CNC head was AutoCad designed by Don Grube and made in a contract machine shop in China to keep the cost price down.     

If installed correctly, with the included flange head nuts we Guarantee this head will help your Avenger 85 stay cool and run like a scared deer!

The ideal 0.9 to 1mm Quish is obtainable depending on what thickness copper gasket is used and the TDC position of the piston to cylinder deck height. The Avenger piston at TDC is about 0.8mm to 1mm below the cylinder top edge.
